Fees & Billing
We are a mixed billing practice committed to making quality healthcare affordable.
Bulk Billing
No out-of-pocket cost for eligible patients
Medicare covers the full consultation fee — you pay nothing. Available for eligible patients during qualifying appointment types.
Private Billing
Standard consultation fees apply for patients who don't qualify for bulk billing. A Medicare rebate is available for all Medicare-eligible patients.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule by calling your clinic directly. Late cancellations may incur a fee — this helps us accommodate other patients in need.
Some Services Require a Call
Iron infusions, bone density scans, immunisations, and workers' comp appointments must be booked by phone.
